AIDILADHA 1431H~~

ASSALAMUALAIKUM... .
aidiladha2.jpg (400×350)

pejam celik pejam celik..dah nk raya haji...seronok tgk org dpt p haji di mekah mukarramah...YA ALLAH..JADIKAN AKU TETAMUMU SUATU HARI NNT....MOGA AKU DPT PELUANG YG BERHARGA ITU... AMIIN...

tapi kan..heranla...spptnya kita ikot Saudi Arabia la kan kalo raya haji..bila dah wukuf d pdg arafah.esoknya kita akan menyambut hari raya haji....bersamaan 17 nov 2010...emm...yala..dh kerajaan habaq mcm tu..kita terpaksa AKUR....hehe

raya haji sbagaimn yg kita tau bersempena menghayati kisah pengorbanan Nabi Ibrahim a.s yang tidak membangkang suruhan ALLAH TAALA utk menyembelih anaknya Nabi Ismail a.s. sedangkan pada waktu tu ALLAH cuma mahu melihat setakat mn Nabi Ibrahim dpt melaksanakan perintah dan suruhanNYA...
melihatkan Nabi Ibrahim a.s yang tetap mengikut perintahnya....ALLAH menggantikan Nabi Ismail a.s dengan kibas...betapa kasihnya ALLAH kepada pesuruhNYA dan betapa akurnya Nabi a.s kepada ALLAH...masya ALLAH..

waktu raya haji ni jugak...digalakkan kita buat korban..spt kambing, lembu....

sometimes we seems to be happy...happy with this short life...sometimes we worry when we think of death that will happen to every person....but somehow...all the thought is important to motivate ourselves...to make us change for the better...
happy...talk too much...for me it is okay..but not for others..maybe they dont like this kind of attitude..
i just dont know y..but i;m talking too much..and when i;m silent...i';m the very quiet one...
that is me...

happy does not mean that we have no problems...happy because we wan to..happy because we love to..
happy because we dont want people know that we r sad...it is how u cover the sadness feeling..
sometimes happy wont last if there r too much sadness event happen..no more happiness..the only way to calm ourselves just by CRY....yup!!! cry really help...very helpful method to throw bad feeling...and one thing for sure when nobody trust u, when people mad at u., when people ignore u....please keep on mind...we have ALLAH...HE IS THE ONE WHO WILL NEVER LEAVE US...HE IS THE ONE THAT KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT US..HE IS THE ONE MADE US LIVE IN THIS SMALL WORLD...HE IS THE MIGHTY...ALLAHUAKBAR...

surely...after i spent time to talk...alone actually but i know HE is there...HE hear everything....HE is with me..
HE wont leave me...HE is everywhere...YA ALLAH....I need YOU...
somehow, it make my heart stay calm and peace...ALHAMDULILLAH

this journey is tough...really tough..without HIS HELP...i wont be at where i am right now...

may ALLAH stay with me untill i go to HIM..untill i meet HIM...may ALLAH bless me in whatever i'm doing...MAY ALLAH GUIDES ME TO THE RIGHT WAY....MAY ALLAH LOVE ME EVEN I;M DOING SIN...MAY ALLAH LOVE ME ALWAYS..INSYA ALLAH...AMIIN...

what is vitamin A?

vitamin-a-source.jpg (400×320)
vitamin-a-benefit-picture.jpg (400×320)

Vitamin A deficiency can result from inadequate intake, fat malabsorption, or liver disorders. Deficiency impairs immunity and hematopoiesis and causes skin rashes and typical ocular effects (eg, xerophthalmia, night blindness). Diagnosis is based on typical ocular findings and low vitamin A levels. Treatment consists of vitamin A given orally or, if symptoms are severe or malabsorption is the cause, parenterally.

Primary vitamin A deficiency is usually caused by prolonged dietary deprivation. It is endemic in areas such as southern and eastern Asia, where rice, devoid of β-carotene, is the staple food. Xerophthalmia due to primary deficiency is a common cause of blindness among young children in developing countries.

Secondary vitamin A deficiency may be due to decreased bioavailability of provitamin A carotenoids or to interference with absorption, storage, or transport of vitamin A. Interference with absorption or storage is likely in sprue, cystic fibrosis, pancreatic insufficiency, duodenal bypass, chronic diarrhea, bile duct obstruction, giardiasis, and cirrhosis. Vitamin A deficiency is common in prolonged protein-energy malnutrition not only because the diet is deficient but also because vitamin A storage and transport is defective. In children with complicated measles, vitamin A can shorten the duration of the disorder and reduce the severity of symptoms and risk of death.

Symptoms and Signs

Impaired dark adaptation of the eyes, which can lead to night blindness, is an early symptom. Xerophthalmia (which is nearly pathognomonic) results from keratinization of the eyes. It involves drying (xerosis) and thickening of the conjunctivae and corneas. Superficial foamy patches composed of epithelial debris and secretions on the exposed bulbar conjunctiva (Bitot's spots) develop. In advanced deficiency, the cornea becomes hazy and can develop erosions, which can lead to its destruction (keratomalacia).

Keratinization of the skin and of the mucous membranes in the respiratory, GI, and urinary tracts can occur. Drying, scaling, and follicular thickening of the skin and respiratory infections can result. Immunity is generally impaired.

The younger the patient, the more severe are the effects of vitamin A deficiency. Growth retardation and infections are common among children. Mortality rate can exceed 50% in children with severe vitamin A deficiency.
Vitamin A toxicity can be acute (usually due to accidental ingestion by children) or chronic. Both types usually cause headache and increased intracranial pressure. Acute toxicity also causes nausea and vomiting. Chronic toxicity also causes changes in skin, hair, and nails; abnormal liver test results; and, in a fetus, birth defects. Diagnosis is usually clinical. Unless birth defects are present, adjusting the dose almost always leads to complete recovery.
Although carotene is converted to vitamin A in the body, excessive ingestion of carotene causes carotenemia, not vitamin A toxicity. Carotenemia is usually asymptomatic but may lead to carotenodermia, in which the skin becomes yellow. When taken as a supplement, β-carotene has been associated with increased cancer risk; risk does not appear to increase when carotenoids are consumed in fruits and vegetables.

INFLUENZA A (H1N1)

How does the H1N1 virus spread?
Spread of this virus from breathing passage such as from droplets ( talking, sneezing, coughing)Sometimes people may become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose. the droplets spread about 1 meter from infected person. virus can live several hours on the hard surface ( table, books, cloth)

HIGH RISK GROUP FOR SEVERE INFECTION
- children younger than 5 years old

What are the signs and symptoms if H1N1 flu?
The symptoms of H1N1 flu are similar to the symptoms of seasonal flu and include fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills, and fatigue. A significant number of people who have been infected with this virus have reported diarrhea and vomiting.

Take these everyday steps to protect your health:

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.. Put your used tissue in the waste basket.
Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after coughing and sneezing. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Germs spread this way
Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
Stay home if you are sick for 7 days after your symptoms begin or until after you have been symptom-free for 24 hours.
This is to keep from infecting others and spreading the virus further.
Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds, and other social distancing measures.
Be prepared in case you get sick and need to stay home for a week or so; a supply of medicines, alcohol-based hand rubs, tissues and other related items that might be useful and help avoid the need to makes trips out in public while you are sick and contagious.
