assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera


alhamdulillah..4 paper telah berjaya dilepasi dengan jayanya...walaupun terdpt beberapa kecuaian yang dilakukan..astaghfirullah...banyak sgt mikir..jadi gitu la hehe

tinggal 1 paper lagi 3hb nie...pastu mmg rasa nk cabut balik terusla..uwaaa rindu mama n bapak dh nie..huk2..aippss..tapi ALLAH dh pesan jgn mntk sok berlalu cepat...just terima perjalann masa nie..sbb walauapapun kita akan tetap harungi jugak sok insyaALLAH JIKA Umur panjangla kan..

so, sekarang kena teruskan perjuangan tuk paper last nie..kena pulun la..bg bleh skor skt..kena usaha kalau x mcm mana ALLAH nak makbulkan doa kita..bkn takat dgn doa ja..diri sndiri pon kena usaha gak..hehe


tapi part pling best bila kol bapak aritu la..mmg skt g nak teriak xtaula..rasa takot plak nk jwb paper tu..sgt la BERDebar2 haa..apapon mak ngan bapak akan sentiasa doakan kebahagiaan kita semua =))))

dapat donload lagu hijjaz..lama dh x dgr lagu depa nie..zaman maahad dl xpenah lekang dr telinga nie ha...jom2 rewind balik lagu2 hijjaz dl hehe


meh layan lagu hijjaz ~~sifat mahmudah~~ moga dpt diambil pengajarn...

SOLAT AKAN DITERIMA ALLAH JIKA KITA ADA 4 PERKARA INI::::::::::::::::::::::::

1 Hadir hatinya
Sesiapa yang solat dengan masih mempunyai fikiran yang tidak fokus maka mereka adalah penyembah yang lalai.
02.Bersaksi akalnya
Sesiapa yang solat dengan akalnya tidak memerhatikan setiap gerak-geri dalam solat tersebut maka mereka adalah penyembah yang pelupa.
03.Khudu' خضوع (menerima) kepada rukun-rukunnya
Sesiapa yang solat tanpa khudu', atau mengamati dan fokus pada setiap rukun-rukun dan bacaan dalam solatnya, maka orang itu adalah penyembah yang kering.
04.Kusyu' خشوع (menghormati) segala anggotanya
Sesiapa yang solat tanpa khusyu' anggotanya; iaitu setiap dari anggotanya bersolat seiring dengan hati dan fikiran yang redha kepada Allah, maka orang itu adalah penyembah yang salah.
Semoga bersama kita mendapat ganjaran solat-solat yang diterima Allah. Amin.

MAJOR CVDs:::: 
1. coronary( ischaemic) = heart attack, 
2. cerebrovascular disease( stroke), 
3. HIGH blood pressure, 
4. heart failure

1. CORONARY - disease of blood vessels supplying heart muscle
2. CEREBROVASCULAR - disease of blood vessel supplying brain ( stroke)

- low density lipoprotein ( bad, increase risk of CHD, major component of artherosclerotic plaque that clogs arteries, < 130 mg/dL)
- high density lipoprotein ( GOOD, help scout the wall of blood vessels, clean excess cholestrol,  carry excess cholestrol to the liver for processing, >35mg/dL)

SATURATED FAT >>>> increase level of LDL, decrease HDL, increase total cholestrol

TYPE OF CVD
1. CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE
- inability of the heart to keep up its work load of pumping blood to the lungs and to the rest of body
- heart not doing efficient job
- right side collect blood that return from body n send to lung. if it fail then it will lead to edema
- left side reserve blood from lungs and pump out into body. if fail the blood not pumped effectively.
>>>SYMPTOMS
= involve gravity or exhaustion of heart
~ swelling of ankle, legs, hands
~orthopnea @ shortness of breath
~ shortness of breath during exertion
= involve circulation
~ cyanosis or bluish color in lips n fingernails
~ fatigue or weakness
~rapid or irregular heart beat
~behavior changes
=involving congestion
~unexplained weight gain
~chronic cough
~increased urination
~ loss of appetite or indigestion

2. CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE
- coronary arteries that supplY heart muscle blocked
- partially blocked n cause angina ( chest pain or discomfort you get when your heart muscle does not get enough blood)
- fully blocked cause myocardial infarction 
SYMPTOMS
Chest pain is a major symptom of heart attack. You may feel the pain in only one part of your body, or it may move from your chest to your arms, shoulder, neck, teeth, jaw, belly area, or back.
The pain can be severe or mild. It can feel like:
  • A tight band around the chest
  • Something heavy sitting on your chest
  • Squeezing or heavy pressure
The pain usually lasts longer than 20 minutes. Rest and a medicine called nitroglycerin may not completely relieve the pain of a heart attack. Symptoms may also go away and come back.
Other symptoms of a heart attack include:
Some people (the elderly, people with diabetes, and women) may have little or no chest pain. Or, they may experience unusual symptoms (shortness of breath, fatigue, weakness). A "silent heart attack" is a heart attack with no symptoms.

3. RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE
- result from rheumatic fever which affects connective tissue
- group A streptococcus infection

4. STROKE 
-tissue damage to area of brain due to insufficient blood supply n oxygen
- blood vessels in brain blocked by artheroclerosis n embolus
- causes
~ infarction :: blockage in cerebral artery that cuts off or reduce blood supply
~ hemorrhage
RISK FACTORS of STROKE::::: age, high blood pressure, smoking, heart disease, high red blood cell count, mini -strokes
SYMPTOMS of STROKE :::::: sudden numbness of face, arm or leg n one side of body, confusion n trouble speaking, trouble seeing, trouble walking, dizziness
EFFECT of STROKE ::::::: motor, sensory, cognitive n speech impairment, paralysis, left hemisphere damage= language problem ( receptive n expressive aphasia), right side = difficulties in visual processing n emotions

PERKARA YG YAHUDI SUKA N KITA PUN JOIN SKALI..=/

Assalamualaikum
Antara  protokol Ya'hudi yang mengandungi 8 perkara.... (4S & 4F)

1.. Song....
Lagu-lagu yang menghiburkan. .jika ada anak-anak yang
tak tau mengucap..tetapi boleh menghafal lagu Hindustanyang
panjang berjela... Ada anak-anak yang tak hafal Al-Fatihah....tapi
boleh mengingati lagu Siti Norhaliza yang panjangnya berdepa-depa.....
berjaya sudah Yahudi..... Hingga kita terfikir.... ..
bagaimana jadinya radio kalau tanpa lagu?


2. ...Sex.....
Lagi satu kegilaan remaja dan yang tua. Sex di mana-mana..
di kaca tv, dalam filem, dalam iklan...babak sex amat lumrah...
kekadang adegan sex tak diperlukan, tetapi diselitkan jua
sehingga ada orang menonton filem hanya kerana ada adegan sex...
filem 18SX amat laris berbanding filem U...
VCD lucah mudah didapati...dan harganya amat murah...
Adakah filem yang tiada adegan sex?
Lagi sekali berjaya sungguh Yahudi laknatullah. .......



3. ...Smoke....
Rokok..menjadi kegilaan para remaja....
sehingga dikatakan tidak modern jika tidak merokok...
malah sekarang merokok menjadi budaya bagi mana-mana perempuan
yang kononnya mau di gelar 'up to date'..
Dulu yang merokok ini golongan ****** saja.... ataupun penari
kabaret..... .( aku tengok dari filem P Ramlee )....


4. .....Sport.. .
Pelbagai jenis sukan di tonjolkan dan lelaki dengan
perempuan sama-sama berlumba mencari nama dalam sukan....
hinggakan sekarang bola sepak pun perempuan main juga....
Bila bersukan, tutup aurat mestilah jauh sekali,
sembahyang pun banyak yang miss.....bukan yang bermain sahaja tak sembahyang.. ...
yang menonton pun tak sembahyang juga .......
Kalau menonton dirumah.... akan lambat sembahyang sebab takut tak nampak macam mana BOLA masuk GOL......
Then Yahudi gol lagi........sampai ada ulamak kata...kerana sukan...sembahyang boleh tangguh....


5. .. Fun..
Hiburan...di mana-mana kita dapat hiburan yang melalaikan.. ..
Kalau kita lihat dalam 100 majalah..mungkin 99 adalah majalah hiburan..
termasuklah majalah mangga.....yang menayangkan buah mangga artis perempuan... .
Kalau ada konsert....sanggup orang Islam bertandang hingga
menghabiskan banyak wang dan bila ke konsert....
pelbagai maksiat akan diselit masuk.... Yahudi terhibur lagi....


6.... Female...
Perempuan... tawaran Yahudi yang amat mengasyikkan. .
terutama dalam iklan..yang kadang-kadang tidak ada kena
mengena dengan perempuan... . Kalau kita ke kedai bateri kereta....
dihadapan bateri terpampang gadis sunti separuh bogel beraksi.....
apa kena mengena bateri kereta dengan perempuan?.. .
kalau iklan Modess... perempuan adalah patutnya...
Yahudi bersorak lagi......



7...Fashion. ...
Fesyen terutama perempuan yang bermacam-macam. .
sehinggakan kalau pakai tudung pun mereka dah tak menutup aurat....
Macam mana dikatakan bertutup aurat jika bertudung tetapi berbaju ketat
yang kekadang menampakkan pusat?
Yang mewarnakan rambut lagi teruklah...
Buat apa bertudung kalau rambut diwarnakan.. ...
Bila warnakan rambut..mestilah tidak bertudung sebab kalau
bertudung..bagaiman a nak menayangkan warna rambut yang terkini itu...
Kalau dah rambut diwarnakan.. .. sembahyang pun tak sah...
malah mandi hadas pun tak sah sebab kebanyakan pewarna adalah kalis air...
itu tak kira yang cukur bulu kening lagi...

Yahudi ketawa lagi....
Umat Islam sudah jadi macam Yahudi.....


8.. .. Food..Makanan. .
Lagi satu kegilaan Umat Islam terutama makanan dari Barat termasuklah
MC D, Kentucky , Pizza hut...dan seribu satu macam lagi...
Buah kurma yang menjadi makanan Rasulullah di pandang hina....
masuk rumah pun setahun sekali bila bulan Ramadan...
tapi makanan Barat menjadi kebanggaan.. .
Bila makanan datang dari Barat.. adakah kita yakin tentang
halalnya? Contoh Kentucky ....rempahnya datang dari Amerika....
siapa nak pergi check....halal ke tidak?
Bila makan benda haram, masakan iman menjadi mantap....
Maka lahirlah Umat Islam yang bukan perangai saja macam
yahudi.... tetapi berfikiran pun macam yahudi...Nauzubillah.....
Yahudi makan Islam lagi...



Ini hanya baru sedikit yg di ambil dari protokol yahudi.....
protokol yang lain-lain entah macam-macam lagi....
aku ini juga cintakan Malaysia .....tetapi aku lebih cintakan ALLAH dan ISLAM.......  
Oleh itu, jika berlaku pertembungan antara kepentingan manusia dengan kepentingan Allah......

Hypertension is the term used to describe high blood pressure.
Blood pressure is a measurement of the force against the walls of your arteries as the heart pumps blood through the body.
Blood pressure readings are measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and usually given as two numbers -- for example, 120 over 80 (written as 120/80 mmHg). One or both of these numbers can be too high.
The top number is your systolic pressure.
  • It is considered high if it is over 140 most of the time.
  • It is considered normal if it is below 120 most of the time.

The bottom number is your diastolic pressure.
  • It is considered high if it is over 90 most of the time.
  • It is considered normal if it is below 80 most of the time.
    Pre-hypertension
    may be considered when your:

    • Top number (systolic blood pressure) is between 120 and 139 most of the time, or
    • Bottom number (diastolic blood pressure) is between 80 and 89 moST of the time



      Many factors can affect blood pressure, including:
      • How much water and salt you have in your body
      • The condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels
      • The levels of different body hormones




      You have a higher risk of high blood pressure if you:
      • Are African American
      • Are obese
      • Are often stressed or anxious
      • Eat too much salt in your diet
      • Have a family history of high blood pressure
      • Have diabetes
      • Smoke



      High blood pressure that is caused by another medical condition or medication is called secondary hypertension. Secondary hypertension may be due to:
      • Endocrine disorders, such as adrenal tumors (pheochromocytoma, aldosteronism), thyroid disorders, and Cushing syndrome
      • Medications
        • Appetite suppressants
        • Birth control pills
        • Certain cold medications
        • Corticosteroids
        • Migraine medications
      • Renal artery stenosis

        Signs and tests

        If you monitor your blood pressure at home, you may be asked the following questions:
        • What was your most recent blood pressure reading?
        • What was the previous blood pressure reading?
        • What is the average systolic (top number) and diastolic (bottom number) reading?
        • Has your blood pressure increased recently?
          These tests may include:

          PREVENTION

        • Eat a heart-healthy diet, including potassium and fiber, and drink plenty of water.
        • Exercise regularly -- at least 30 minutes a day.
        • If you smoke, quit -- find a program that will help you stop.
        • Limit how much alcohol you drink -- 1 drink a day for women, 2 a day for men.
        • Limit the amount of sodium (salt) you eat -- aim for less than 1,500 mg per day.
        • Reduce stress -- try to avoid things that cause stress for you. You can also try meditation or yoga.
        • Stay at a healthy body weight -- find a weight-loss program to help you, if you need it.
